Happy Glamper CA provides recreational vehicle (travel trailer) rentals for short-term personal use. By reserving or renting our travel trailer, you agree to the following terms and conditions.All renters must be at least 25 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license. The renter assumes full responsibility for the trailer during the rental period, including any damage, loss, theft, or misuse.The travel trailer may not be used for unlawful purposes, festivals, or commercial activities unless expressly approved in writing. Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the trailer.The renter agrees to return the trailer in the same condition it was received, excluding normal wear and tear. Additional cleaning, damage, or missing equipment may result in extra charges.A signed Supplemental Rental Agreement (SRA) is required prior to delivery or pickup and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.Happy Glamper CA reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a rental if these terms are violated.

 

 

2️⃣ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the rental start date may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding any non-refundable booking or processing fees.Cancellations made within 14 days of the rental start date are non-refundable.No refunds will be issued for early returns, weather conditions, or unused rental days.Refunds, when applicable, are processed back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the renter’s financial institution and may take several business days.

 

 

3️⃣ FULFILLMENT / SERVICE POLICY

Happy Glamper CA provides travel trailer rentals with optional delivery and setup services.Rental fulfillment occurs on the scheduled rental start date, either through pickup by the renter or delivery to an agreed-upon location. Delivery, setup, and breakdown services are provided only if selected during booking.All rental details, including dates, location, and services, are confirmed prior to fulfillment.There is no physical shipping of goods. All services relate exclusively to short-term recreational vehicle rental.
